Introduction
Melbeck Chambers specialises in Construction and
Environmental Law. Mr Turner is qualified both in law and engineering and
is an Arbitrator and Adjudicator. He has experience in the design and
project management of structural and civil engineering projects in Britain and overseas (West Africa, Arabia
and Western and Eastern Europe). He has
been responsible for the design and supervision of the construction of
major building foundations, basement construction, road
design and associated earthworks together with the design and planning of
major investigations into abandoned mine workings.
